Women Health & Wellbeing
Working closely with women over many years, I began to notice a pattern.
Many of my clients were experiencing changes in their bodies — not always obvious, but deeply felt.
Changes in energy, fluid retention, skin. In the way the body responds and recovers.
At the same time, I was moving through this stage myself.
As a Lymphoedema practitioner, I understand how the lymphatic system works — how it relies on movement, breath, and gentle stimulation. I could see how these changes were affecting the body on a deeper level. I wanted to understand more.
So I began researching menopause — reading, learning, listening to podcasts and connecting the science with what I was seeing in real life.
Menopause brings natural changes to a woman’s body. Simply understand what is happening and you can support your body in a gentle and natural way.
